The problem

Labels are written to be legal, not to be read. I wanted the answer to “is this fine for me?” without looking up every E-number on a shop floor.

What it does

  • 01One clear 0–100 score, colour-coded, to compare two products at a glance
  • 02Every ingredient scored and explained — E621 becomes “monosodium glutamate”
  • 03Separate sub-scores for additives, nutrition and naturalness
  • 04Personal allergen, vegan, gluten-free and added-sugar warnings
  • 05Weekly leaderboard, badges and streaks; six languages

Shipping it

Built and released alone: the product, the store listings, the review rounds with Apple, the privacy forms. Android first, then iOS.
